# Individual Somatic Awareness

**Signal Recognition:** Learning to identify when nervous system states are being artificially manipulated vs. naturally engaged.

**Rhythmic Sovereignty:** Maintaining conscious choice about entrainment rather than unconsciously syncing to external pacing.

**Integration Practices:** Developing capacity to process aesthetic/emotional activation consciously rather than reactively.
